23 years into the "Global War Without Borders", and things are going well.
The current Israeli leader just ordered assassination bombings in Lebanon, directly from New York during the United Nations General Assembly. And you can really see the philosophy and the goals inherent in the behavior.
Once a colonial government has an invasion plan, all it needs is an excuse.
All it needs is an enemy to hit it first.
Thus, you have 9/11 leading to the Iraq War. Thus you have genocide in Gaza after October 7th.
It's an old move, but it hasn't stopped there, of course. In the past year, Israel has also been bombing the West Bank, Lebanon, Syria, and Iran.
However, now that it looks like Kamala Harris might win the US Presidential election, Israel does now seem to have begun targeting actual military leaders, instead of just bombing civilians and infrastructure.
Hooray?
Publicly, just speaking about this is like joining the war itself. It can immediately endanger you, your livelihood, and your family. No matter where you are in the world. No matter who you are.
It is global, it is war, and there are no borders for the mighty. Right in everybody's face, at all times, the conversation mostly hides right out in the open. Behind the nervous eyes of the vulnerable and those who never wanted a war at their door, you can see there is mostly sadness and confusion.
No one really knows why it's like this. It just is. "The War" is best spoken of privately now, between allies and friends only.
Especially since Israel has stepped so violently into the global spotlight, killing journalists, civilians, women, and children right in front of everybody.
Perfectly aware that no one is strong enough to stop it, Israel has gone full guns out. Just like when the US invaded Iraq. I can even hear George Bush's stupid, stupid challenge to the world then, echoing today.
"Bring it on..."
